We arrived at around 4pm and did our unpacking. Then we ate our evening meal and enjoyed a game of Bingo and had a chance to dance along to the music from the evening entertainment.
After breakfast some of the group went for a walk and stopped for coffee. The rest of the group visited Aqua Swim, a waterpark. After lunch we played lots of games such as curling and snooker and enjoyed a break for afternoon tea with cake. In the evening we had our meal at the hotel and played bingo before the entertainment. Tonight it was a comedy act and a chance to do some dancing.
We visited Paignton Zoo Environmental Park today where we got to see animals such as Giraffes, elephants, leopards, monkeys and meerkats. Later, we enjoyed an evening meal and our entertainment at the hotel.
Today we had a chance to do some shopping when we took a trip into town. Some were brave enough to go on the big wheel where we took this picture. After our shopping we took a pleasant walk back to the hotel for the quiz followed by tea and biscuits. Later we had the evening entertainment which was an entertainer and music to dance along with.
In the morning we played ten pin bowling. In the afternoon we visited Cockington Court Manor House, a historic house where there was a tea room and some lovely walks.
Today we visited the Steam Train at Paignton and had a cafe lunch. There was also a chance to do some shopping. In the evening there was a great tribute band from 'The Blues Brothers film' with lots of dancing along to the songs.
As it was Sunday some of the group opted to go to church. We had lunch by the sea and visited "Living Coasts" a coastal zoo and aquarium where we saw some penguins. Later we enjoyed the evening entertainment at the hotel.
Our last day and after checking out and saying good bye we headed home.
