Despite having to get up very early, we are all excited to start our adventure to Majorca. Once we arrived we settled in to our lovely hotel, ate lunch and relaxed. After dinner we took part in a quiz and then danced the night away. The entertainment was called 'Dancing with the stars'.
Today we spent the day around the pool. We also went out for lunch and did some shopping. In the evening we had a 'Tex-Mex' themed dinner and then we took part in another quiz and then played bingo.
We spent the morning sunbathing by the pool. We joined in with the darts, aqua aerobics and the table games. After lunch we watched England play football and win 6 - 1 in the World Cup! After our evening meal we enjoyed the entertainment which was a singer and bingo tonight.
Retail therapy was the order of the day today! A chance to do some shopping and get gifts and souvenirs. We also eat 'tapas' for our lunch and had a paddle in the sea. In the evening once again we joined in with the entertainment and had a good old dance.
Today we went on a trip to "Marineland". We watched a Seal, Sea lion, and dolphin show. It was amazing. We saw other animals and had the chance to touch, kiss and even train the dolphins, wow !
To recover from our busy day yesterday we spent the day by the pool. Later we had dinner and went for a walk to the town and those who wanted to had a beautifully presented cocktail, in a cocktail bar.
Today we had our last shopping trip. Some of the group swam in the pool. We all celebrated Lynda's birthday with a champagne breakfast, a large balloon, a chocolate cake after dinner and presents! Our evening entertainment was a 'Beatles' tribute band.
It was time to go home and we travelled back home after our lovely holiday. Lynda would like to come back for two and a half weeks if she could next year! Colin said if he won the lottery he would live in Majorca.
