Monday 21st May
Everyone arrived at the Farm House between 3:30pm and 5:00pm. We
unpacked our bags and sat down for a cuppa with Jane and Rachel. Jane
cooked us a lovely pasta bolognese followed by apple crumble and
custard. Afterwards some of us relaxed in our very own hot tub at the
Farm House. |

Tuesday 22nd May
Today we had breakfast and then drove to The Cotswold Farm Park. The
weather was lovely and we had a picnic. We all had the chance to hold or
pet chicks, rabbits and guinea pigs. We also bottle fed baby lambs which
was great fun. Then we went on a tractor safari around the farm. After
all the excitement we travelled back to the Farm House for a short
relaxing break before heading out to The Harvester for a delicious meal
in near by Cheltenham. |
Wednesday 23rd May
Again after breakfast, we drove to The Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens.
We saw lots of animals including lions, giraffes, rhinos, wolves,
otters, birds, crocodiles, bats, snakes, lizzards and many more! We had
a picnic then we all went on the train ride. Once back home Jane cooked
us sausage and mash with carrots and beans followed by jelly and
chocolate cake with strawberries and cream on top! Some then went for a
dip in the hot tub before going to bed. |

Thursday 24th May
Today we visited The Crocodiles of the World Zoo. We saw many crocodiles
and there was an opportunity to hold a snake. After lunch at the cafe we
all had a photograph taken holding a baby crocodile. We were all very
brave! Later back at the Farm House we relaxed a little before packing
our bags ready for tomorrow. Jane again cooked a lovely evening meal.
Then we went Tenpin Bowling and Rachel won! |
Friday 25th May
It is time to go home. After breakfast we said our emotional goodbyes.
However, we were all looking forward to booking our next holiday with
Options and perhaps seeing our friends again on a holiday. |
