We arrived about 6ish before finding our apartment, dropping our bags off and heading to the deck for dinner. We enjoyed 3 courses at the all you can eat dinner buffet then unpacked. After dancing at the live music event we went to bed, ready for the next day.
We headed over to the deck for breakfast in the morning, and were faced with a vast choice of food. After we had finished we looked in at the cinema to see what films were showing before going bowling. Carol won bowling so we celebrated with lunch and then watched the Jungle book at the cinema before going to the funfair and riding on the carousel and the chair swing. We then rested up before dinner and the showing of Aladdin Rocks then went to bed.
We woke up early, had breakfast and met the red coats before taking a steam train to Watchet. We had a look at the museum, wander around the market and shops then got fish and chips. We got the train back around noon before wandering along the sea front and doing some shopping. When we got back we went for a swim then had dinner and enjoyed an evening of entertainment at the centre stage where we saw Greg’s Big Takeaway, Noel Brodie and the Sweet Sensations.
Today we had a lie in, enjoyed a late breakfast then went shopping. Carol made a monkey from build a bear and bought him a football outfit! We then went to the fun fair and rode on tug a boat, We went down for our final dinner before going back over to the centre stage. They sang songs from Duran Duran, David Bowie, Will Smith and Pharrell Williams. We enjoyed the entertainment.
We travelled home after breakfast.
